1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Safe Tennessee Drivers is owned and operated by TForce, Inc. (doing business as TechForce Consultants and NoPointsForMe.com). If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Safe Tennessee Drivers provides online driver safety courses and driver improvement programs approved by the State of Tennessee. These courses may be taken for:

  • Court-ordered driver education requirements
  • Voluntary enrollment to reduce points on your driving record
  • Teen driver education and improvement

Important: You are solely responsible for verifying that the court or entity requiring your completion will accept our certificate for your specific violation or requirement. We do not guarantee acceptance by any court, insurance company, or government agency.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Account Creation

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration

Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use this platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a minor in our courses, parents and guardians agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and accept responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.

Identity Verification

Users must complete courses themselves and may not allow another person to complete coursework on their behalf. Course completion certificates are only valid when the registered user completes all required coursework.

4. Course Enrollment and Completion

Enrollment

  • Course enrollment is complete upon successful payment processing
  • You will receive access to course materials immediately upon enrollment
  • Course access is granted for a limited time period as specified in the course description

Completion Requirements

  • You must complete all required lessons, videos, quizzes, and final examinations
  • You must achieve the minimum passing score on all assessments
  • Course completion certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all requirements
  • Certificates may be available for immediate download or will be mailed as specified during enrollment

Course Content

  • Course materials are for your personal use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others
  • We reserve the right to update course content at any time to maintain compliance with state requirements

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment

  • All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content
  • We accept payment through Stripe payment processing
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Available if the course has been purchased but no content has been accessed or completed
  • No Refund: Once any course content has been accessed or completed, no refund will be provided
  • Refund requests must be submitted to info@safetennesseedrivers.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
  • Court acceptance is not grounds for a refund if course content has been accessed

6. Use License

Permission is granted to access course materials on the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform for personal, educational use only. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials except for personal note-taking
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or share access with others
  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute course content

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of TForce, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

8. State Compliance and Certificates

Tennessee State Approval

Our courses are approved by the State of Tennessee for driver safety education and driver improvement. However:

  • Approval does not guarantee acceptance by any specific court or judge
  • Individual courts may have additional requirements beyond course completion
  • You must verify acceptance with the court or entity requiring the course before enrollment

Certificates

  • Completion certificates are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements
  • We are not responsible for delays in certificate delivery due to incorrect mailing addresses
  • Lost certificates may be replaced for a fee
  • Certificates contain verification information that may be confirmed by courts or other entities

9. Disclaimer

The materials on the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform are provided on an "as is" basis. TForce, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

  • Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
  • That course completion will satisfy any court order or legal requirement
  • That course completion will result in point reduction or insurance discounts

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall TForce, Inc., Safe Tennessee Drivers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of:

  • The use or inability to use the materials on the platform
  • Court non-acceptance of course completion
  • Technical difficulties preventing course completion
  • Loss of driving privileges or other legal consequences

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Have another person complete your coursework

12. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining compatible hardware and software to access the platform
  • Stable internet connectivity
  • Any costs associated with internet access
  • Backing up your own records of course progress

We are not liable for inability to access courses due to technical limitations on your end.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TForce, Inc. does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to make changes to course content at any time without notice.

15. Modification of Terms

TForce, Inc. may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TForce, Inc. regarding the use of the Safe Tennessee Drivers platform.
